We are relying on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our workshop.
If an attendee needs to withdraw from the workshop, inform by writing via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop. Confirmation of the receipt of the cancellation will be made within three business days.
For any cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior the workshop, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.
Cancellation requests made between 14 and 30 days prior to the start of the workshop will be charged a minimum of 50% of the original workshop fee.
No refunds will be available for cancellations within two weeks of the workshop or if an attendee does not show up for the workshop.
